Exclusivo Aged Gumanch – Medium Roast
It is a privilege to have access to a most rare “Exclusivo Aged Gumanch” 19 year old coffee
from the Papua New Guinea’s highlands.
Our green bean coffee supplier has identified certain coffee attributes that are unique in some exceptional origins and should be aged. The coffee ageing process is a highly kept secret, and not all beans qualify for their ageing. To a wordsmith there exists an array of descriptive terms which explain a taste profile, however our own reaction upon sipping the Exclusivo Aged Gumanch – Pleasantly disturbed, excited and mesmerized with a distinguished coffee taste, an experience like not other.
Due to a limited release, coffee is roasted on a per-order basis, is available in our 250g size one-way valve bags. For the ultimate taste, it is imperative that coffee is correctly ground, with the correct ratio of coffee weight (8gr-10gr approx.) to a water quantity is applied. Most critical to the taste is the water temperature to be between 88c-92c approx. We highly recommend the Exclusivo Aged Gumanch is consumed alone, “coffee only” and without the additions of sugar, milk, flavors etc.
We recommend that coffee is brewed via the following methods –
Drip Filter, Plunger (French-Press) or with extra care, as an Espresso.
